Shipping policy

Where we ship. Fragrance Central Hub ships to addresses within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our US-based fulfilment partners.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery windows are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as occasional carrier delays are outside our control.

Shipping costs. Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking. Track your order any time using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or via the Track Order link in our site header.
