Products and authenticity. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. Some of the affordable Arabic and other houses we carry create original fragrances that are inspired by well-known designer or niche scents. These are genuine, legally sold products in their own right — they are not counterfeit designer goods, and we never represent them as such.

Pricing and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by an error, including after an order has been submitted.

Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.

Intellectual property. All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Fragrance Central Hub or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fragrance Central Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
