The Eau de Parfum reworks the original Wanted DNA into something warmer and denser: the lemon-ginger sparkle is still there up top, but it settles faster into a spicy cardamom-and-juniper heart wrapped in clary sage. The base is where the EDP earns its concentration, trading a good deal of the EDT's citrus freshness for a resinous tonka, amberwood and vetiver drydown that reads more mature and cold-weather friendly. Performance is a clear step up from the toilette, with a moderate-to-long life on skin and a projection that stays polite rather than aggressive. A competent woody-aromatic best thought of as the cozier evening cousin of the 2016 original.
