Mirsaal of Trust is a smooth raspberry-and-leather scent, Afnan's excellent take on Tom Ford Ombré Leather (with a nod to Tuscan Leather). A dry vetiver-ambroxan opening leads into a heart of tart raspberry and saffron, and a base of cashmere wood, amber and a touch of carnation gives it that plush, brand-new-leather-handbag feel, raspberry that turns leathery, then leather that turns raspberry. Warm, cozy and sexy, and remarkably well-blended for the price (it "smells expensive"). Marketed for men but wears easily unisex. Best for autumn and winter, with good projection and longevity. Note: it's softer and less sweet than the Tom Ford originals, a plus for many.
