9am Dive is a fresh, "blue" aromatic-aquatic, Afnan's daytime answer to the designer blue crowd (reviewers most often liken it to Bleu de Chanel and YSL Y, though it's not a 1:1 dupe). Lemon, mint, blackcurrant and pink pepper open crisp and zesty, a heart of apple, cedar and a wisp of incense adds a dry woody-smoky facet, and a base of ginger, sandalwood, patchouli and jasmine grounds it. Clean, versatile and easy, a safe everyday "blue" freshie. Unisex; best for spring and summer. Note: it runs moderate on projection and longevity out of the box and, like most Afnans, improves after a few weeks' maceration.
