Black Saffron is a warm, sweet amber-woody. Lavender and ginger open aromatic and a little spicy, a heart of patchouli, vanilla, musk and tonka adds a cozy sweetness, and a base of amber, sandalwood and vetiver gives a smooth, resinous drydown. Easy and comforting. Unisex; best in fall and winter. Note: despite the name, the manufacturer pyramid isn't a Byredo Black Saffron match. It's its own warm amber. Some retailers tag it men's, but Fragrantica lists it unisex. We've tagged it Unisex.
