Flora Gorgeous Magnolia is the most grown-up and arguably best-balanced of the Gorgeous flankers, pairing a juicy dewberry-and-coconut opening with a genuinely pretty magnolia and jasmine sambac heart. Where Gardenia leans sweet and candied, Magnolia dries down over patchouli, musk and blonde woods into something softly chypre and more sophisticated, which gives it broader wearability. The coconut is creamy rather than tropical-suntan, so it flatters the white florals instead of hijacking them. Performance is solid but not beastly, moderate sillage and roughly 5–7 hours on skin, a hair better than the lighter Orchid. An easy crowd-pleaser: floral, slightly fruity, clean, and versatile enough for daytime spring through fall.
