Affection is a creamy pistachio-and-hazelnut gourmand, a budget Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato 33 that many find creamier (and cozier) than the original. Pistachio, hazelnut and a touch of blackcurrant open nutty with a green-fruity edge, a milky heart of lactones, jasmine, lily of the valley and raspberry adds a soft floral creaminess, and a vanilla-tonka-lactone base leaves a fluffy, dessert-like warmth.
