Al Embratur Absolu is a spicy, resinous woody-amber with real gravitas. A peppery cardamom opening gives way to a heart of amber, ambergris and dry woods, and a base of frankincense, sandalwood, patchouli and musk makes the drydown smoky, incensey and long-trailing. Masculine and mature, a boardroom-and-evening amber for spice-and-incense lovers. Best in fall and winter. Note: a very new (2026) flanker, so independent reviewer performance data is still limited.
