A darker, spicier and more concentrated interpretation of Y, built on a juniper-and-ginger opening with a herbal lavender-sage heart over a woody cedar, vetiver and incense base. It trades the standard EDP's fresh-fruity brightness for a smokier, more resinous character with heavier projection and 8+ hours of longevity. The composition is denser and more masculine but also more linear, and some find the incense-woody drydown a touch synthetic. Note: the documented Y Eau de Parfum Intense is a 2023 release; worth a box check on older stock.
